Old City Loft

The design and conversion of a second floor office space into an open concept loft in Old City Philadelphia. Preserving the exposed brick and integrating original features of the building into the new layout allow for an expansive and contemporary feel. The apartment has two custom bathrooms, with steam room and jacuzzi tub, as well as a library, gourmet kitchen and parking.
