The design and construction of 6 luxury apartments in Tribeca, Manhattan. The building is comprised of 5 duplex apartments and one penthouse triplex with roof terrace and jacuzzi. Environmentally minded construction elements have been used throughout.
Cramp Ship Building
Planned construction and rehabilitation of historic Cramp Ship Building on the Philadelphia waterfront into housing and mixed use real estate. The development includes both the restoration of the historic building and the addition of a residential tower.
Cigar Factory Studios
The design and total renovation of a 3-story heavy timber building with 30,000 sq/ft industrial space in Norther Liberties Philadelphia. A2 Investment Group converted the old Cigar factory into artist studios and ground floor commercial space by updating all systems.
Vine Street Apartments
The design and total renovation of a 2 townhouses into charming apartments with parking space. The buildings were left in a state of disrepair and the scope of the renovation included updating all systems in the building to code, as well as repairing any structural failures.
505 Vine Street
Design and renovation of a 30′ wide old warehouse into an art gallery on the first floor and modern and a sleek loft apartment on the second floor. The wood turning center occupies the 4,400 sq/ft ground floor and cellars, with exposed brick and original wood flooring.
Bokel Building
The Boekel building was built in 1924 by Bokel Industries, as a sheet metal fabrication factory in Old City Philadelphia. A2 Investment group rehabilitated the 70,000 sq/ft building for mixed use as studios, apartments and commercial.
