A2 investment Group is a real estate development company. Our projects range from Green sustainable infill projects – to adaptive re-use of existing industrial buildings, to grounds up new condominiums in Philadelphia and New-York urban centers. We are committed to urban renewal to help improve cities and neighborhoods. Our intent is to build thoughtful designs, using materials responsibly, thereby creating lasting value to our investors, the communities and future generations.

As a full-service real estate acquisition, development and design-build company, we specialize in identifying, financing and managing real estate investments. The firm integrates professional real estate asset management with rigorous design standards. This combination of disciplines makes A2 Investment Group an exceptional operating partner for its investors. Our investments range in size from $5 million to $70 million. With years of expertise and insight behind us, we are confidant taking on new challenges in the built environment.

Joel Assouline

Joel Assouline and Vibeke Lichten are the founding partners of A2 Investment Group. Mr. Assouline holds an MBA from HEC Lausanne and an advanced degree from the AMDP program at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate and is a registered broker in New York City.

Vibeke Lichten

Vibeke Lichten is an Architect with a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and an advanced degree from the AMDP program at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard. She has served as a Board Member of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation and an Advisor to the Office of Executive Education at Harvard University.
